The Fit Pit Workout is a high intensity interval training class that is offered at Kei Shin Martial Arts Academy. It is a 45 minute workout that is designed to help work your cardio and core fitness to help you get into awesome shape! It encompasses body weight exercises and kickboxing drills. Come on in and beat the bag to reduce that stress, get into shape, and have fun! Classes are available to teens & adults. Students of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
